ACCOUNT FAQS
First of all, having a Sasha account is not mandatory to shop for your dream garment. However, having a Sasha account not only entitles you to special offers, but also helps you maintain a record of your previous orders, track your current order, and makes checkout quicker and easier, as your details are already saved in your account. It also enables you to save your vital stats which helps us achieve your dream fit, during manufacturing of tailored garments.
To create a Sasha account, click on Login icon that appears on the top right corner of your screen. If you choose to Login using your Email ID, you can create and set your own password.
With so many passwords to keep a track of, this is bound to happen once in a while
Not an issue! You can reset your password by providing your email id on login page and clicking on forgot password.

Yes, shopping at Sasha is completely secure. For making payments, you are routed to the websites of our payment partners (Phone Pe) which is completely secure. This routing of sensitive payment related content is done through https security.
There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Sasha. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

Unfortunately, we do not offer EMI option at the moment
Your order confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address linked to your Sasha account, immediately upon placing your order. If you have not received it, please check your junk or spam mail folder. If you still cannot locate the confirmation mail, you may log into your Sasha Account, choose ‘Past Orders’ to view all of your orders. If the order you placed does not appear, the order was not successfully confirmed. In this case, please mail us at customercare@sashaclothing.net if you have any concerns
If you have a Sasha account, you can login and go to “My Account” to check your previous order history. Your previous orders will reflect there after you have logged in. In case you do not have an account, please mail your order ID and email ID (using which you had placed the order) at customercare@sashaclothing.net, we will check and share your previous order info.
ORDER FAQ’s
Yes, you can order more than one piece of the same item provided we have enough inventory available for the same. For this, go to the Shopping Cart page, change the “Quantity” in your shopping cart to your desired quantity and click on “Update Quantity”.
Items will continue to appear in your cart until you’ve removed them or you’ve checked out. Make sure you are logged in to your Sasha Account. If you are not logged in, do so by clicking on the Login icon and your cart should have the items you had selected. In case the selected items are no longer available, you will see a message next to the stocked out item in your Shopping Cart. You need to remove the same (using the small cross next to the item) before Checking Out to purchase the available items.
‘Out of Stock’ items are those gems where demand exceeded supply and we couldn’t keep pace :-(. The good news is, these items are expected to be replenished within a few weeks. Please click on the specific ‘Out of Stock’ gem that you are interested in and enter your email id to be the first to know as soon as it is back.

SHIPPING POLICY
We currently deliver to most pincodes in India. If you want to confirm your pincode, please mail us at customercare@sashaclothing.net.
We process and ship your garment order as soon as we are confident that we have achieved the required perfection in your garment. All our products are made to order and it typically takes 4-7 working days to ship out the order from our warehouse in New Delhi, India.
All orders usually take a delivery time of 3-10 working days (all days except Sundays and Public holidays) within India, from the purchase date.
We understand that there are times when you order for a specific occasion and want the delivery to be made immediately. For times like those, we do offer 48-hour shipment based on available capacity. For this, please write to us at customercare@sashaclothing.net and we will try to make it happen. Please note, an extra surcharge of INR 199 per order would be levied for the same.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.
EXCHANGE / RETURNS/ CANCELLATION POLICY
Our return/exchange policy is extended only when goods to be returned are in a resalable condition with price tags intact and a valid receipt/bill
Free Gift
If part of an order with a free gift is returned, the value of the free gift will be proportionately deducted from the refund value, if free gift is not returned.
Full Price Standard Merchandise
Return or Exchange has to be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
COD Orders
The amount is refunded as Sasha Gift card which you can use for your future orders
COD handling charges charged at the time of placing the order are non refundable.
Prepaid Orders
Full amount is refunded into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.)
Discounted Standard Merchandise (Including SALES, OFFERS, PROMO CODES etc.)
Return or Exchange has to be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
International Orders
We do not accommodate return/ exchange in case of any international orders.

Only alteration can be provided on a case to case basis
Alteration request has to be raised within 7days of receipt of product

* Handling charges of INR 95 applicable on all orders below INR 1000 are not refunded in case of any return
Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return/exchange:
All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
All items should be free of make-up or tan marks
Please ensure correct pieces for return/exchanges are handed over to the delivery executive. We take no liability in case incorrect piece is handed over. Additional reverse and forward shipping charges will be levied for pickup of correct pieces again and shipping back wrong piece
To ensure your Sasha garments are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the entire original packaging (including the garment sleeve) for proper care and protection
All alteration/exchange/return requests have to be initiated within 7 days of receipt of product. You have to email at care@Sasha.com from your registered email id to trigger the request.
It takes about 12-15 working days to complete your return/exchange request post your request has been triggered.
Primary return/Exchange pickup will be done within 3-4 days of triggering the return/exchange request. In case the pickup is cancelled by the customer or failed after 3 attempts, additional charges will be levied as per the logistic partner.
Orders are cancellable for up to 12 hours after they are placed. If you need to make any changes, email customercare@sashaclothing.net After 12 hours, your order is already under processing and we are unable to cancel or change it in any way.
All exchange/return requests must be placed within 7 days of receipt of items. Handover of these items should be done within 5 days of placing the exchange request. If you do not provide a time for the reverse pick-up within 5 days of placing the request, the return/exchange will be cancelled. Please note that an exchange request will be accepted only twice against the original order.
In case you have received a damaged or a defective piece, please initiate a request for exchange/return by notifying our customer care, either by call or email to customercare@sashaclothing.net, along with pictures of the damage/defect and we will provide you the best resolution.
This is highly unlikely, but we always leave room for human error. In case you have received a wrong product, please initiate a request for exchange/return by notifying our customer care, either by call or email, along with pictures of the product to customercare@sashaclothing.net and we will help you out.
To cancel your exchange request, you can mail us at customercare@sashaclothing.net with your order no. and email id within 24 hours of placing an exchange request.
In case of a return, we offer the full amount back into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.) for full price prepaid orders. In case of COD orders you will get Sasha gift card as a refund. We will not refund cash for Cash On Delivery orders.
